An e-mail signature is a block of text that is appended to the end of an e-mail message you send. Generally, a signature is used to provide the recipient with your name, e-mail address, business contact information, or Web site URL.

A signature file, or sign as it is often called, can easily be created in most e-mail clients.  We will have the option to always attach the signature to all outgoing e-mails, or add the signature in specific outgoing e-mails.

Now we are going to see the step by step process for creating email signature in below.

Step1 : Login to the webmail using your domainname.com/webmail

Step 2 : We can choose either or squirrel mail as webmail application.

At first I have choose horde webmail application for creating email signature.

Step 3 : Then click => settings icon => Preferences => Mail, refer screenshot in below

Step 4 : Click => Personal information under General section

Step 5 : Under Your signature, we can create the email signature in horde webmail application

Click => Save, once update the email signature.

Now we are going to see creating of email signature in Squirrel mail.

Step 6 : After logged in webmail click => Squirrel mail webmail application.

Step 7 : After logged in click => Option

Step 8 : Then click => Personal information.

Step 9 : We can create email signature under Signature option

Click => Submit for making changes.
