It reports about email message delivery attempts from your account and allows you to trace message delivery routes.

It provides information about the errors of emails and the spam and the route of delivery so that any problem in the attempts cane be identified.

Track an email delivery : 

Click Track Delivery under cPanel Email section.

The logs of track delivery system is below :

By entering the name of the email recipient and show all, single recipient emails are filtered and displayed in the table.

Filter types for cPanel emails : 

Filtered lists of cPanel emails as below :

Show Success – Displays the emails delivered successfully.
Show Deferred – Displays the system deferred mails with warning
Show Failures – Displays the emails not delivered along with the error
Show In-Progress – Displays the emails in transit

The types of filters can also be used in combination as desired.

Columns of cPanel email track : 

Event – Displays the status of the emails (displays success, failure or deferred icons)
Sender – Displays email address of the sender
Sent Time – Displays the sent email’s date and time
Spam Score – Displays the spam score (Apache Spamassassin)
Recipient – Displays the recipient email
Result – Displays the system error for the email sent
Action – Displays the details of the report.

Click => Information icon under Action Column against desired report
