An e-mail signature<\/b> is a block of text that is appended to the end of an e-mail<\/b> message you send. Generally, a signature<\/b> is used to provide the recipient with your name, e-mail<\/b> address, business contact information, or Web site URL.<\/p>\n

A signature file, or sign as it is often called, can easily be created in most e-mail clients<\/strong>.  We will have the option to always attach the signature to all outgoing e-mails, or add the signature in specific outgoing e-mails.<\/p>\n

Now we are going to see the step by step process for creating email signature in below.<\/p>\n

Step1 :<\/strong> Login to the webmail using your domainname.com\/webmail<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2 :<\/strong> We can choose either or squirrel mail as webmail application.<\/p>\n

At first I have choose horde webmail application for creating email signature.<\/p>\n

Step 3 :<\/strong> Then click => settings icon => Preferences => Mail, refer screenshot in below<\/p>\n

Step 4 : <\/strong>Click => Personal information<\/strong> under General<\/strong> section<\/p>\n

Step 5 :<\/strong> Under Your signature<\/strong>, we can create the email signature in horde<\/strong> webmail application<\/p>\n

Click => Save<\/strong>, once update the email signature.<\/p>\n

Now we are going to see creating of email signature in Squirrel mail.<\/p>\n

Step 6 :<\/strong> After logged in webmail<\/strong> click => Squirrel mail<\/strong> webmail application.<\/p>\n

Step 7 :<\/strong> After logged in click => Option<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 8 :<\/strong> Then click => Personal information<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 9 :<\/strong> We can create email signature under Signature<\/strong> option<\/p>\n
